This is just one of my many successful listings that I have just sold! Yesterday I ran a market report and realized that the average amount of time a home stays on the market before it is sold is 127 days...Then I ran a market report to see how long my homes are on the markert before they sell and the results are amazing! My homes on average were only on the market for 75 days! This fantastic result is due to my hard work and extremely successful marketing plan to sell and list homes in as little time possible...Who has time to waste to sell or buy their next home, Right? Can you do something with that...?
