I just upgraded my website, and now it is actually much more than a website. It is a phenomenal combination of a website and a client relationship management system and a marketing system.

Within the first hour of the new www.CandiMunguia.com being live, I received a text message on my phone that a potential buyer filled out a form on the website for more information. The text message had his name and phone number, so I shocked him by calling him right back. I found that he's looking to relocate to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and am now working with him as his buyer agent.

In addition, this website allows me to run automated emailing to my clients and prospective clients. They even develop a monthly newsletter that can be emailed out to everyone. What a time saver!

And the best thing yet is that it's FREE (or it can be free, anyway, with just 4 referrals to other agents). Candi - it looks great! I just created my website through point2agent.com, up to 15 pages free... www.MySpaceInTheMountains.com but it is $50/month for up to 250 pages...how many pages do you get with the free one you are doing?

Thanks Jim. It is true - all it takes is 4 other agents to sign up for this service. Then the monthly fees are totally waived. If you get the 4 referrals in during the first month, you don't even have that first monthly fee. There is an initial setup fee, though, but I think it is very reasonable.

DeAnna, as far as I know, there isn't any limit to the number of pages. It already comes with a large number of pages, and they allow you to add your own (either yourself using their tools, or they can do it for you).

One more thing I forgot to mention! You actually get 2 websites with this provider. The main one ("branded"), plus an additional "unbranded" website. My "unbranded" website is www.DentonCountyFreeHomeInfo.com. It's a good way to be a little less intimidating...although I don't think I've ever been described as intimidating!
