I'm pleased to be able to offer this service to help sell properties. I work in the Maryland, DC, VA and PA region. I can work from your room measurements and a rough sketch noting where the rooms are located. If you have large oversized blueprints that can be scanned, those will work very well for me to recreate digital and printable size versions. I am also willing to travel if you need all of the services I offer.

Floorplans can be rendered in full color or black and white. I also offer converting them into interactive PDF documents for online distribution, e-mail or blogging. 

Photos may be combined with the floor plans to give a full view of a home without the expense of video. I quote projects on a size basis, but fees start at $110.00 for smaller homes up to 2 stories and a basement. Then ranges from $140-$170 for larger more complex floor plans or multiple levels. 

3D floor plans with multiple floors (shown in an exploded/dynamic view) may also be desired effect to show a homes diversity and ease of access, flow and custom floor plans. Estimates for 3D digital plans start at $150.00 and may be as high as $250.00. 

Interactive pdf and Flash animations (swf) with links to photos and videos are yet another value added way to showcase a home or commercial space. Estimates range from $370-$500. Animation samples may be presented in storyboard layouts prior to final production so you can be assured of the final product.

Maps with illustration of roads, turn by turn with directions can be drawn so your property can be found with out you having to give out directions and landmarks. Adds another unique way to sell a special property. You can email this to pre-approved prospective buyers as well as staging interior artist and workers for ease of managing and selling a special property.
