Bad Agent: Agent Owned

By
Real Estate Agent with JTR Property Network at Keller Williams Realty Red River

I started a new section on my personal blog called "Bad Realtor."  I often share on my Facebook page when I come across a listing that is pretty much ridiculous.  Not the home, but the agent's marketing of it.  This is one of my most recent finds.

This is a photo from their own personal home they have listed. I hate to call people out; but if they are not taking the time to take great photos of their own property, what kind of photos do you think will be posted for their clients?

So you tell me... What's wrong with this listing photo????

You know, that would actually be a nice looking kitchen if they removed:  the magnets, the dog, the calendar, the stuff on the counter in the foreground, all the stuff on top of the fridge . . . oh, and did I mention the dog?!?  Yeah, it does make you wonder all right.

well, i had much worse houses.

If Sellers don't care to clean, what would you do? Hire  cleaning ladies yourself?

Bad pictures is better than no picture.

Bad agent for me is not the one shooting such pictures.

Bad agent is easy to spot!!!!!!!!!: how they talk, how they work, how they send you their paperwork, attitude, arrogance, dragging you and wasting your time for smallest things, etc.

Those agents are real pain and disaster to work with:(

I had one 'bad' today,  that's why i'm too emotional maybe: he pushed and pushed me, now when all is ready, he is not in a hurry any more and just wastes my time. I even Googled him, because he is so confident with his errogance  rejecting my suggestions ~ found nothing. New agent?
