I am not afraid to say it. I don't get all this "Happy Holidays" nonsense. Is anyone actually offended by Christmas? Has Christmas become a politically incorrect holiday? I sure hope not because life is way too short to get offended over something that silly. It seems kind of weird, but I seriously can't recall one person this year whether in a store or just while I am out and about that said the phrase "Merry Christmas" to me. All have said "Happy Holidays" or "Have a good holiday." But I digress ...

So to everyone I know including all my friends, associates, and customers. Please have a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Thank you Rob. I am glad to see someone else agrees that this politically correct nonsense often goes too far. I gave up when Florida said we can't be a "Sales Person" anymore and had to be a "Sales Associate". Personally I don't see anything wrong with "Sales Man" myself. I am in sales and am a man. I didn't agree with changing to "Sales Person" but I accepted it. Now "Sales Person" is bad too. Does that discriminate against the cat?

Gary - From what I recall the reason for the name change was to try and get away from whatever negative connotations that the word "salesperson" brought to people's mind. Trying to change the perception away from used car salesmen or encyclopedia salesmen. It's all just plain silly to me. But, whatever works. Merry Christmas to you.
