MEDIA SPIN Seems to be slowing down a bit

It seems as of late that the media has been backing off a bit on the negative press in regards to the real estate market.  I have noticed less headlines, less negative TV spots, etc.   The good thing about spin is it gets old and people get sick of the same news.  I wonder if there is a correlation between the media spin slowing down and some recent sales activity I have noticed?
