April 2012 Real Estate Market Update for Bristow, VA 20136
The spring market is in full force with buyers coming out of the woodwork. The sellers who have their home on the market are reaping the benefit's. This year there are 25% fewer homes on the market to compete with verse April of 2011. The average sold price in the 20136 Bristow area is $356,710 this is 1.58% higher than last year. The spring market is making for a great Sellers market.
We currently have 76 homes for sale in the 20136 Bristow area with an average list price of $459,990. Of the 76 homes for sale 52 are re-sale. The prices range from $195,000 for a 1,749 square foot three level townhouse on Colesmire Gateway to $699,900 for a 4,608 square foot three level colonial on Crabtree Fall.
