The main player who dominated luxury listings in Black Rock in the past has been outpaced by a more technologically savvy firm. Until 2005, there was one main player in the $1 million plus Black Rock real estate market and it wasn't Raveis.
Starting in 2005 to the present, the luxury market has been dominated less by personal networking and more by Internet savvy. Competitor A is no longer in first place or even second place, but tied for third place with another firm.
