Pardon me, but I am off this afternoon.

I have a tee time at 2:10 today to play golf, it is only the second time that I am getting out for 2012 and it is only 9 holes once again.  Of course, I got a phone call yesterday afternoon that a contract on one of our listing is coming in today.  Later last night I got another phone call that on another home will be receiving an offer.

Is this all it takes, make plans for something personal and you are bound to get contracts in.  I hope people understand, I will deal with these after I get my 9 holes in. 

Lucky I have a business partner to cover some of this.

Go for 18 holes.  You will do a better job with the contracts when you are relaxed.

Treat your golf game like any other appointment.  You wouldn't ditch a buyer tour to sign a contract.
