Tuesday Truths! Focus, Focus, Focus are the three main words for achieveing goals and making every week a great one!
Tuesday in an important day of the week to me. Mondays are usually spent picking up the pieces from a busy and productive weekend, deciding the focus for the new week and filling my big old "to do" list with more actions than there are days and hours in the week. Like many budgets when there is more week left than money, my days, hours and minutes are gone before I can get to everything on the list.
Is that so wrong? I have considered making my weekly lists shorter which would lend some satisfaction to me in that I could likely get everything crossed off my list. There is a lot of satisfaction in this for me: getting something done, checking it off and going on to the next task with a cool finish to the week checking off that list and marking it "ALL DONE".
Ooops, I don't think so, at least not for me! I like the challenge of stretching and filling each day of the week with many "to do" items. I never run out of things to do, places to go and people to see! You see, it's on my list! Will I actually get to everything on my list? Usually not, but I have stretched and done more than I would have done without my big old fat list.
Review, Refresh & Delete! Reviewing the left over "to do" items at the end of the day and week, I decide if I will move them forward to the next day or week. Sometimes I decide not to do something and delete it. Actually that is satisfaction too as I have determined it is not worthy of spending my precious minutes on it.

- Don't waste valuable minutes on unimportant things - NEVER!
- Take small moments for ME!
This is one of those rare cases in that it is all about ME, ME, ME! It is my week and what I chose to do with it is my choice. Hopefully I will spend it well and will impact others in a positive way.
By the way, not making a decision is making a decision! Every item on my weekly list requires a decision. I will do it or I won't, either one is a decision.
