A Perfect Example of how a Staging Consultation can help sell a Home!

We got a call from one of our Preferred Realtor's to give a Home Staging Consultation on one of her listings. We were to recommend to the homeowner any areas in the home that we thought might need updating, cleaning, de-cluttering and repairing before the house went on the market.

In the photos below you will see before and after photos of the Living room and the recommendations that were done by the homeowners. After the homeowners completed all the list of things we recommended in our Staging Consultation we then were called in to Stage their Home.

This Homeowner did their homework and hired a Professional Realtor who knew the value of presenting a home in showcase condition. These homeowners were able to complete most of the work themselves and hired a professional for the work they weren't able to do.

The result is that this home recently sold in 10 days with multiple offers and over asking price!
