Encouragement is what is going to help your business grow as well as you, yourself.
It doesn't matter if the idea or ideas came from someone else or from you. Implement them after giving that idea some proper thought on how it can best serve you and those around you.
Do your best to avoid wasting time griping about people around you, when you can spend precious time on more productive and important things, like your business and yourself
