Motivational Power Quote
Worrying Won’t Solve the Problem
“When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the
old man who said on his deathbed that he had a lot of trouble in
his life, most of which had never happened”
Sir Winston Churchill 1874 - 1965, British Prime Minister
As I see it . . . . . . .
Worrying won’t solve the problem
A person that worries is worrying about conditions that may or may not be real and in many cases will never come about.
Worrying can make a person shut down and become consumed with what there worrying about. Their focus becomes misdirected and their time misused without any positive outcome.
Worrying won’t solve a problem or give you the right answers. What it does is create anxiety, stress and sleepless nights without providing very little or no redeeming value.
When you find a problem coming into your life instead of worrying about it put it into prospective. Is it a real problem, what impacts will it have and how will I solve it?
Look at the problem and determine if it needs attending. If the problem needs to be dealt with, deal with it. Find the best way to deal with the condition and come up with the best solution to the problem.
Being proactive with a problem reduces the stress and anxiety and will enable you to come up with the best solution. Worrying won’t solve a problem being proactive does.
