Creating value in a digital world

 

People want their news fast . . . . Newspapers have lost 67% of their subscribers since 2007 and people are accessing the news on their smart phones, tables and computers.

 

People are sending e-mail and using text messaging . . . . and the post office is hemorrhaging red ink.

 

Children with learning disabilities are using tables and computers and we are seeing big improvements in their learning and retention versus using traditional text books.

 

This year in my daughter’s high school classes the students will be using tables.

 

The digital world is a big part of business world today and our customers are accessing and using the digital tools to gather the information to enhance their real estate search.

 

Our customers have access to more information than any of our customers had in the past. Also with the advent of the table the information is available convenient, fast and on the go.

 

Customers walk into our offices and into our open houses with their tables in hand and when we speaking to customers we are either up to speed with our information or we’re not.

 

The digital world saves our customer time in their housing search and creates less stress.

We spend a LOT of time putting value in our digital world. We know just how important it is and that the vast majority of buyers and sellers start their search online for an agent. Of course we keep our personal touch, and we try to relay it on all our websites too.
