Tigard Oregon real estate home sales are always a topic of the residence of Tigard, but each neighborhood is different. The Bull Mountain North neighborhood of Tigard, Oregon goes west, starting at Barrows/Gaarde to Bull Mountain Rd, Then from Pacific Hwy to Beef Bend Rd. This part of Tigard, Oregon is in Tigard School district even though Bull Mountain itself hasn’t been incorporated in to Tigard. Even though this is a more expensive area, there are presently no parks located in the Bull Mountain north area.

Your post is very conprehensive market report for Tigard Oregon and you even included some listings of available homes.

Thank you for your comment about my hard drive woes. I have started using DropBox for storing my backups. I tried carbonite but that was a nightmare as after 13 days in a row of supposedly downloading my data my free access ended and I could not create a pay account in time as their web site was down. Their software took over my lap top for at least one day. Strange stuff..
