Where do I find a real estate agent in Phoenix AZ?

I doubt that many home buyers start their search with Where do I find a real estate agent in Phoenix AZ?   Buyers start with looking for property.  People are more considerate than we generally give each other credit for.  Many don't want to waste a Realtor's time before they know what things cost.  It's kind of embarrassing to walk into the Prada shop and be on the Target budget.

I believe that in the search for property they will find many agent's websites and one will stand out as being the easiest to use and give them the most results.  At some point, they'll mark one as a favorite and hopefully contact that agent.  We, as agents, have many choices of IDX feeds to subscribe to.  So, we focus on how easy it is to use our website.

I chose to offer pre-selected search criteria on my home page.  I used to just offer a link to the FlexMLS live search, all of it, just like an agent.  I think it was too powerful, too many choices, we agents take classes on how to use the MLS and an off-the-street home buyer might not consider it intuitive.  So, for example, I start with a search like Kyrene School District Homes  The potential buyer already knows where they want to live, or are curious about how far their money can go in this school district.  One thing buyers in the summer of 2012 should know is that the population of the Kyrene School District is aging.  They are handing out variances like candy.  So, if you buy just outside the district boundary and are willing to drive your child to school you can get the benefit of the excellent school district of Kyrene without paying the premium that property in that district commands.

Of course, therer are more benefits to buying in an excelling school district than your childrens' educations.   You get neighbors that value education, too.  There's the real value for parents, children, and child-free families.  Therefore, "Where do you find a real estate agent in Phoenix AZ?", you find them with the property searches and answers to your questions.
