Manhattan New York does not have lock boxes, so today we will be working with some buyers to visit some open houses.
New York open houses usually is about 1 hour to 1.5 hours in different parts of neighborhood, so when it comes to Sunday, we have to plan our visits so we can maximize all the open houses. Many open houses have similar time slot so if they are in different neighborhoods sometimes we really have to move fast when we are seeing condos and then travel to another part of the town.
We enjoy working with serious and motivated buyers, buyers who are ready to make a decision. We offer our recommendation and advices to buyers when touring open houses, we sell homes everyday and seen many buildings and condo units, we can help buyers determine if the condo unit is a good choice for them.
