I just had a privilege to list for sale spacious and unique 3 bedroom Lake Home in Ventana Lakes, Arizona.

The split bedroom design allows guests to come and go as they please and is plenty of room for our own hobbies. At the time we purchased our home we were part of the local workforce and both used computers in our jobs. We turned the third bedroom into our computer/hobby room and found it was so convenient that we still use it as a computer/hobby room today even after we have retired.
The extra space of our 3 bedroom lake home is great for Patti's keyboard practice and my fly tying experiments for trout fishing vacations. We have shared our beautiful lake home with our neighborhood friends for holiday parties and friendly dinners and visits without a worry about space and breathing room for anyone…”
“What I really like about Ventana Lakes, Arizona…” said Patti “..It has nine lakes, many of them with walking trails for our over 1700 homes. There are four pools with some designated for winter heated use, handicapped use, and even one on a rotating basis for use by the grand kids when they visit. We have a Ventana Lakes recreation center with fitness room, library and lots of activities to keep us busy. It would take a page to list all the amenities we have access to in Ventana Lakes, Arizona as well as an outstanding management staff to keep them going. There are also volunteer opportunities for anyone who would like to give a hand in keeping everything running smoothly.
Overall, I feel residents, guests and visitors to Ventana Lakes have access to the best of everything. Hope to see you here soon!..”
