What does this report tell us about the Southwest Allen Country real estate market last month? 72 days on market for the month is pretty good. Homes sold for 93% of list price, but that $1,399,000 listing that sold for $950,000 probably has a lot to do with the percentage being so low. Overall things are good in the SWAC real estate market.
