Agent applicants must possess active real estate license status and be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Three years of related work experience required. Agent applicants must be detail oriented, organized, and highly motivated. Work your own hours and earn as much as you want. Pay will be commission based. No office or, phone duty required. Generated leads will be distributed evenly across all associates. Agent is encouraged to create, care, nurture, and close their own business transactions. Real estate signage provided by firm. Agent applicant may purchase personal rider with agent name / photo. Upon firm acceptance, Agent applicant will have to sign a Independent Contractor agreement (and, other related documents), and furnish their own business cards.
