Who Should I List My Property With In Northern Dauphin County
A few weeks ago I had a listing contract that was getting ready to expire and the seller wasn't sure what he wanted to do with the listing contract. Originally he had 5 properties to sell and during the listing period I sold 3 of them for him. In the past, he was known to list the properties for 30 days at a time and rotate through a variety of agents. I actually got several back to back extensions.
When I called him a few days before the expiration date, he asked me who I might recommend as the next agent. He told me he appreciated what I had accomplished for him, but he felt it was time to rotate again. I told him I'd be glad to run some figures for him so he could see who had the most success in the area over the past 2 years.
