Buying a home in Frederick County, MD ~ Spring 2013 Now is the time to get your ducks in a row! Do you remember the traditional children's game, duck, duck, goose? Four or more children sit in a circle facing each other, while another child, “the picker” walks around the outside of the circle touching each child in the circle and saying “duck” until they choose a “goose.” The picker and the goose race around the circle to the goose's former seat and if he or she make it without being tagged then the "goose" becomes the picker walking around the circle as the process repeats over and over with laughter and excitement.

Choose one who you are comfortable with. Buying a home involves the search to settlement a process that usually takes several months, choose someone you respect and trust.
