Do you want, need or have to sell your house?
For some people, this might be a silly question. But in reality, you either want, need or have to sell your house. Those really are the only 3 reasons why you would sell. What is the difference between the three?
1. Do you WANT to sell your house?
- Your house might be too big and you want to downsize.
- Maybe you have outgrown your house and need a bigger one.
- You want to move to a different neighborhood.
2. Do you NEED to sell your house?
- Your elderly parents need to move in with you so you need to move.
- You are getting older and you want a house with no stairs and a main level bedroom.
- Your family has expanded and you need more bedrooms for everyone.
3. Do you HAVE to sell your house?
- You have a job transfer to another part of the country.
- You are having issues with making the payments.
- A family member has passed away and you have to sell the house.
