2011 vs. 2012 in Carmel Indiana

In 2011 we saw 1,334 homes sold in the Carmel area.  A year later that number has gone up by over 15% to 1,575!  Over 240 homes!

The average list price in 2011 was: $343,561 compared to $338,519 in 2012.  This represents a slight drop in list price of 1.46%.

The average sales price in 2011 was $326,992.   In 2012 we saw a small dip in the average sale price to $323,649.
