The final numbers for San Ramon Condo and Town Home sales for 2012 showed a significant increase in average sales price up 11% for condos and on par for town homes. Number of unit sales increased slightly, which bank owned properties decreased as compared to 2011. We did see an increase in short sales activity for in 2012.
