I'm alittle behind this month with our big change over to RE/MAX for both our Fairfield Glade and Crossville office but it has been well worth the time & effort to bring RE/MAX Premier Choice to Fairfield Glade and Crossville. In January there were 19 homes that closed in Fairfield Glade. Price ranges from $53,999 to $345,000. The bulk of those homes sold were in the median price range of $159,000. It seems as though prices are beginning to edge up from last year's market report for Fairfield Glade Homes.

The homes in Fairfield Glade that were sold range from 1,320 square feet to 3,180 square feet. The prices were not contigious with the the square footage meaning that the highest price home was not the home with the largest amount of square footage.Most of the homes sold in the highest price ranges were lake homes in Fairfield Glade.
