Potential home buyers in Arlington, Va are singin' the blues. Who would of thought we would be seeing escalation clauses and multiple offers in the middle of the winter sales cycle but we are. Wondering why? Wonder no more. It's all about inventory. The number of homes on the market is dismally low compared to this time last year.
Active listings in January were down 40% from a year ago. Ouch.
Pay attention sellers. If you are even thinking about selling.....think no more. In April and May other sellers will think the spring market is here and buyers are out and put there home on the market giving your home more competition. Do it now. Buyers are out and looking for your home.
