So here is the truth. People need help. YOU MAY NOT, but someone YOU know is hurting, and they are scared, they do not know were to turn and they do not want their family or friends to know what the deal is. My PASSION is to help people that feel there is no hope. People that are silently silently sinking. Falling into a trap. Looking for information, looking for answers. The inner voice telling you one thing, the outer world telling something else. It is easy to only look at your own views and worry about your own success, but what about those that feel there is no hope? What about that family that is loosing there home, or walking away from there home because they feel there is no hope. Imagine leaving the memories of raising a family and the feeling of falling short or disappointing those that love you and look to you for guidance. This message is for them. Elgin - I must admit, I was skeptical after reading your post. But, I played your video to see your real message. GREAT JOB! You seem as though you do actual care about the consumers, you are obviously very skilled in your market place! As someone who has worked for a national loan servicer specializing in loss mitigation for 5 years, I can understand the difficulty consumers face when losing their home, so I can appreciate the sentiments that you offer.
I always found that helping the consumers depersonalized the short sale process, while still helping them to get through the emotional aspects that are most surely involved, is a very delicate balance - sounds like you are on to something!
