CanEquity Mortgage is offering 2.99% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was up 61.66 points closing at 12,701.63

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate dropped 56 points to close at 0.9796 USD.

1 Canadian Dollar = 0.9796 US Dollars.
