When land values began to rise, Wathen Castanos started to build smaller homes on smaller lots. The result was that the end product was more affordable to more people. Two homes are listed in backup position, four are listed as pending and there have been six sales in the past six months. The average price per sq. ft. of the sold homes were $122.
