Calvert and Saint Mary's County Spring Real Estate Market - Median Sales Prices are improved in both Calvert and Saint Mary's Counties in the first quarter of 2013 as compared to Median Sales Prices in the first quarter of 2012. These increases reflect a better start to the year which hopefully will translate to a positive trend for real estate prices in these two Southern Maryland counties throughout 2013.

Calvert County, MD Real Estate Prices Improve 4.9% in 1st quarter of 2013, $270,712 in 2013 vs 258,000 in the 1st Quarter of 2012, but trail the $286,400 Calvert County 2012 Median Price.
Saint Mary's County, 1st Quarter 2013
Saint Mary's County, MD Real Estate Prices Improve 4.% in 1st quarter of 2013, $254,900 in 2013 vs 244,900 in the 1st Quarter of 2012, but trail the $275,000 Saint Mary's County 2012 Median Price.
