This is a market report on homes within 1 mile of the White Flint Metro station in North Bethesda, Md. 20852.  At the time of this report (04/26/2013) there are 32 such homes on the market FOR SALE, 53 are currently under contract, and another 24 that have sold in the last 30 days.  Some of these homes are detached homes, others are townhouses and some are condo apartments too.  The current absorption rate (Active/Sold on the last month) is 1.33, clearly a sellers market.
