This is now the third major arrest in the last few months in Utah. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Sadly we all pay for this type of fraud. From higher fee's with the banks and more taxes to pay for the damages to the elderly. This guy preyed on the elderly and he's going to be thinking about what he did for a long time.
