The Moraine is an upscale neighborhood located along the eastern shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, which is the lure attracting many to the area. Heath is a destination place for relocating to Dallas, Texas. Heath is an easy commute to the world class city of Dallas. Many want to get out of the hustle and bustle of big city living and crossing over Lake Ray Hubbard coming home is relaxing.

The Moraine in Heath, Texas is one of the two luxury home neighborhoods in Heath.

There are 41 lots in the subdivision and range from 1/2 to 2 1/4 acres in size.
The HOA dues are $700 - $800 annually.
Schools include Amy Parks, Heath Elementary, Maurine Cane Middle School and Rockwall-Heath High School.

Dagny, Thank you! I actually have a waterfront home listed in the Morrane at $1,225,000.

Pat, we are enjoying beautiful skies and awesome sunsets over Lake Ray Hubbard.

Conrad, there is not much under $100,000. and those are usually double wide mobile homes or in a neighborhood which is not that great. I will show them, but not list them.
