I have a lot of REO and HUD homes for sale, with great prices under 200K 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (I wish a seller will give me a home to right now with my large buyer pool).  Do you know that is the number one question I get from any potential buyer? Do I have these homes for sale???? I only have what the MLS gives me and that is limited right now. That is why this just happened..... My client and I just put a bid on a home listed at 290K we offered 297K, we got a counter back at 340K REALLY????? Is that insane or what?  Maybe because my client is conventional with 30% down. Getting a counter well over market value for the area or more than what any appraisal would ever reach is nuts. I need more sellers to list their home right now in this HOT MARKET to get it sold quickly and for more money!
