One of the last direct oceanfront project in Miami Beach is set to launch sales within 30-45 days. With the non existent supply of anymore Miami Beach oceanfront real estate, condo sales are expected to be brisk.

The existing building was built in 1971 and has gone by many a name over the years...even went through a bankruptcy.
The project will consist of 417-room hotel and 163 private Miami Beach condo residences---that CAN be placed in the hotel rental pool.
Barry Sternlicht who was the former chairman and CEO of Starwood Hotels (W Hotel and St. Regis brands) and now the CEO of Starwood Capital Group and the vision behind this new eco-focused 1 Hotel brand, plan to make this the first of many for the 1 Hotel brand.
