Oxnard has seen a 22% median home price increase in since 2012. The number of non-distressed sales has increased from 47.9% to 68.4%. Condos are also bouncing back, but not as quickly as stick built homes. Oxnard's median home price has had the most dramatic incrase since last year, with Camarillo coming in second with a 19% increase.
