My team has a Cal package $1B, REO, 42 +3, zero to light, heavy concentration of CA

Let me know if you have anyone for the above referenced package. If so, we need an LOI made out to Countrywide by the buyer or buyer mandate. After the LOI has been submitted, the buyer mandate will be able to speak directly to the seller mandate to work out further details.
