I was skeptical about leaving the real estate business as a builder's representative to join a general real estate company. Joining this office has been quite an unbelievable experience. The office has listings ranging from half acre waterfront fishing homes with great views to timber-tracks as large as 7,000 acres for hunting, fishing and four wheeling! The first week getting acclimated to this new opportunity and office opened my eyes to Recreational and Sporting Properties. The phones are constantly ringing with buyers wanting information and sellers wanting to list their property with Pristine Properties and Cabela's Trophy Properties over the phone! I just can't believe the media saying all real estate is dead, they need to sit in my office for a day. Phones are ringing and properties are selling to folks that are anxious to enjoy their dreams going back to nature!
