Benicia Home Sales Report For August 2013The Benicia home sales report for August 2013 reflects a general improvement in home values and a large increase in market activity.  Of the 40 homes currently on the market, none have raised their asking prices and two have reduced their asking price.  Three additional homes came on the market this past week.

Of the 40 homes that closed escrow in August, 21 sold in 30 days or less and 7 sold in 60 days or more.  There are currently 59 sold homes in escrow.
