VA Streamline Refinance Loans in Delaware 

VA Streamline Refinances are available to lower your interest rate, payments and/or years remaining. It is a VA Guaranteed loan to refinance an existing VA Guaranteed loan.

You can choose a 15 or 30 year term. There are adjustable rates available but I wouldn't recommend going that route.

Your new loan amount can include your existing VA loan balance, allowable fees and charges, up to two discount points and the VA funding fee.

The Department of Veterans Affairs does not require an appraisal.  Borrowers need to have a 640 middle credit score or higher. Two years must have passed since the discharge of bankruptcy. 

You continue to have payments without any private mortgage insurance. If you have an existing VA home loan and are at over 5% interest rate, it would be worth your while to check into this opportunity.
