So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,237 homes sold, a 48.5% change from this time last year. New Little Elm Texas Real Estate listings changed 14% for the same period last year with 115 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 37% change with 1,577 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 13%, with 103 homes contracted.
