Snow, Snow, Snow! Who Loves Snow?

Snow and more snow is in the forecast for most of the country, but who loves snow?

My brother, Bob, who grow in PA but resides in Texas refers to snow as a 4-letter word. Guess he won't be visiting this holiday.

Here are few snowy scenes outside my door in Erie, PA.

Saw a few deer tracks in the yard morning. I bet they knew the hunter, Dave, was away at hunting camp.

Kristin, I agree. I love snow, but don't particularly like to drive in it, especially when it is very heavy and blowing.

Mary~ I don't mind the snow, but I can't do with the cold. Generally our snow doesn't stick around for very long. The sun comes out and snow melts away.

Donna, I love to see the sunshine on freshly fallen snow. It just sparkles. No sun here today. In fact November & December are usually sun-free around the eastern Great Lakes.

Sacramento rarely gets any snow. So, you know those photos look almost storybook to me! Fortunately, I live within 90 miles of Lake Tahoe, so I can visit the white stuff if I wish to!

Myrl, some days I feel like I live in a magical woodland. We are only a few miles from town and within two miles of subdivisions. Each season is beautiful in its own way.

Mary, I do love the snow. We didn't get but an inch or two. The temps were 32 today and no wind. We didn't get the ice storm which I was certainly glad as my brother drove in today from Tennessee.
