WOW - Tricks To Top Search Engine Placement

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with WaldosPost.com

Many agents who operate websites that are on the top of the search engine results for their areas know a few tricks to get to the 1st page results.

One method is to create small classified ads about their listings or homes they come across that they want to try to sell.

Placing these ads are free and can help you in 2 ways.

1. Classified ads often get indexed on the top of the search engine results = more traffic

2. Adding your website's link to your classified ad makes the search engines think your website is more popular = moving your ranking higher on the search engines.

IMPORTANT = make sure you use 4-5 keywords or keyword phrases describing your business or area. (i.e. miami florida home for sale,  austin realtor offers home for sale,  orange county real estate,  home for sale in whispering willows subdivision in denver).

Create an ad per day and within a month, you will have 30 webpages pointing back to you.

Blogging is also a great way to move your self up in the searches.  A nice topic with your contact info is usually picked up as well.  I've seen a few of my blogs in Google searches quite a few times.  Nice post.

I was playing around on WaldosPost and noticed that my city is listed but nothing cached for Houston.  I posted an ad and it said I would be sent an email, but so far, I think it just ate my ad!  =)
