New 2014 FHA and VA Loan Limits
Some or many of you may already know that both FHA and VA have changed their laon limits for the new calendar year, 2014. Some States saw Decreases in many Counties, while others posted slight increases.
Below are Links to Both the FHA and VA sites detailing these new limits by County. Important Note: Once you reach the Link for FHA, choose the state that you wish to review for FHA Limits. The VA Link merely list all Counties in State Order.
Ironically, here in California in San Diego we saw slight increases in both loan limit categories. Unfortunately, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties saw lower limits, especially for FHA.
