Condo Prices in Northern Palm Beach County Remain 18% Ahead of Year Ago Prices

Sales Remain Steady as Prices Drop for 2nd Straight Month




Despite falling for the 2nd straight month for the first time in well over a year the median condo price in the Northern Palm Beach County region remains firmly ahead of prices realized one year ago. As of January 1st the median sales price of $169,000 was 18% higher than year ago numbers but had dropped almost 5% over the past thirty days.

The drop over the past month however was significant and brings the median sales price of condos in the region to the lowest levels we have seen since May 1st of last year. The drop came amidst a big surge in sales as December condo sales in the region were up 25% from the previous month which is a very strong showing.
