You can also save some money on negotiating the terms such as who pays for certain items on the contract.

HA! Tell buyers that the seller pays the buyer's agent and they'll figure they have X% to negotiate.

I tell buyers that the listing agent splits their fee with us. Somehow that doesn't raise and eyebrow.
