The Perfect Closet - Best When Selling a Home

I love looking at family photos when house hunting with my buyers, to figure out what kind of people the sellers are..... I don't usually learn much, except that they do or don't have kids.

This closet, however, taught me a great deal about this family. They are extremely neat folks, and have a system for eveything they do, including the socks drawer, I am sure. I am sure their pencils are in perfect order, as are the children's toys (they were!)

Most blogs are written about the messy "hoarder's houses, but I wanted to write about the opposite folks. Neat and clean everywhere. I am sure their check books are balanced every time they write a check, for sure.

Just wanted to share the other side of the story .....

So true Dagny. This is not what we usually find when opening a closet door. Yesterday we showed a condo where we couldn't even open the closet as it was so stuffed!

Wow, that is a neat, organized closet. If you were to show my house, my clothes are neatly organized (jackets, suits, dress shirts, dressy casual clothes, short-sleeved) and my Joyce's are everywhere! It's like there's a line in the middle of the closet that won't let Joyce's weevil over to destroy my side!
