Today I am playing catch-up like mad. I am overwhelmed and it is gloomy and raining outside. On days like today, I do a lot of self-talk to cheer myself up! What works best is when I start making a gratitude list where I count my blessings. At the top of my "thankful list" is my son Bennie and my Niece Donara.
