It sure doesn't take long for our weather to turn. Just a couple of weeks ago we were barely hitting a high of 70'. Now it is Easter Sunday and it is beautiful outside, the sunrise was amazing with the full moon over the lake still.
College and other spring breakers are on the lake boating around and enjoying the wonderful weather. Here is to hoping that the buyers are going to be reducing the inventory this spring and summer. I am confident that we will have a good warm weather selling season this year. What with the first round of retiring baby boomers wanting to find a warm place to live, to familys wanting to get a good deal on a 2nd home for the boating season. I will remain positive and strive to achieve new goals in this crazy market.
